![]() When I click Sound Settings I get taken to the sound settings screen within Windows Settings and have to select the device from the respective drop down menus (Choose output device / Choose input device). Something has clearly changed between installs of Windows. Now since the Win10 reinstall and update I have the following options when I right click the speaker in the System Tray: Whenever I wanted to switch between my PC speakers and the headset I would right click Playback Devices and selected DS502 Gaming Headset from the list of available devices. The strange thing is before reinstalling Win10 if I right click the speaker in the system tray I had the following options: ![]() It is not physically broken as when I enable "Listen to this device" check box under the Listen tab in the Microphone Properties I can hear myself but echoey like you would expect. Now with the new install of Win10 the microphone no longer works. Prior to re-installed Win10 I have had zero problems with my USB DS502 Gaming Headset whatsoever for the last 4 years. I have just re-installed Windows 10 Home and updated to latest update.
